Eurosite is hosting an upcoming Nature-based Solutions (NBS) Study Tour to Slovakia from 4-8 May to (re)discover the banks of the Danube along the Hungarian border. Participants will be guided by Eurosite members BROZ – Conservation Association and SOS/BirdLife Slovakia through their home sites of Veľký Lél Island, visit the largest reed wetland in Slovakia, and explore the Žitava river valley to share experiences and insights on wetland restoration and nature-based solutions.
